Sales Representative
About the Role: We are seeking a results-driven and resilient individual contributor Sales Representative to join our team and drive revenue growth in alignment with our ambitious 5x+ growth goals. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with a proven track record in high-ticket B2B sales and a passion for selling into an untapped market. You will play a critical role in achieving and exceeding individual and team quotas, contributing to our company’s success and growth trajectory.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- Source and qualify leads through outbound efforts, referrals, and leveraging marketing-generated opportunities.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-quality prospects to support revenue goals.
- Ability to attend industry conferences to network with prospects and opportunities.
- Manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, ensuring timely follow-up and movement through the sales funnel.
- Use CRM tools (HubSpot) to track and manage pipeline activity, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Ability to grow and handle large sales territories.
- Conduct in-depth discovery calls to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Run tailored sales demonstrations of the product to drive value and urgency.
- Lead presentations, proposals, and negotiations with decision-makers to close deals efficiently.
- Handle objections effectively, addressing concerns around pricing, competition, or timing to secure commitments.
- Work closely with the internal executive team to strategize on opportunities and growth.
- Work closely with the marketing and customer success teams to ensure seamless transitions from lead to onboarding.
- Continuously seek feedback and training opportunities to enhance sales strategies and meet evolving market demands.
- Be able to help launch additional products within new markets.
Experience:
- 3-5 years in B2B sales or equivalent high-ticket deal environments.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed quotas.
- Experience closing deals within a 30-50 day sales cycle.
Skills and Competencies:- Strong prospecting, qualifying, and lead generation capabilities.
- Exceptional negotiation and objection-handling skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize a high volume of deals simultaneously.
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot) and sales enablement platforms.

Business Development Representative
About the Role: We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to fuel our growth by identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities. As a BDR at QAPIplus, you'll be the first point of contact for potential customers, which includes engaging leads, starting conversations, and booking discovery meetings for our Account Executives. This is an ideal role for someone who is highly motivated, curious, and passionate about making a difference in the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound prospecting through phone, email, and social channels to generate qualified leads.
- Identify potential customers within our ICP, including C-suite, quality and nursing directors at home health, hospice, palliative care, behavioral health, acute care.
- Schedule high-quality discovery meetings for the sales team by clearly articulating QAPIplus' value proposition.
- Manage and track activity in HubSpot CRM, ensuring data accuracy and timely follow-up.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine messaging and improve campaign results.
- Provide feedback on lead quality, messaging, and industry trends to inform sales and product strategy.
Experience:
- 1–2 years of experience in business development, lead generation, or customer-facing roles (healthcare SaaS a plus).
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Comfortable cold calling and managing high-volume outreach.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-starter with a team-first mentality and coachable attitude.
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM tools preferred.

Customer Success Manager
About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Success Manager (CSM) to support our QAPIplus clients. The CSM will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, driving product utilization, and providing day-to-day support to meet customer needs. This role is essential in building strong, long-term partnerships with clients by delivering excellent service, assisting with product adoption, and serving as the primary point of contact for ongoing customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact and trusted advisor for QAPIplus customers.
- Build strong relationships with customers to understand their business goals, current processes, and potential challenges.
- Drive product utilization by educating and guiding customers on best practices and features that maximize value within our product.
- Proactively monitor customer health, engagement, and satisfaction to ensure continued success.
- Respond to day-to-day customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate support.
- Partner with internal teams and act at a liaison to resolve customer issues and deliver seamless service.
- Conduct regular check-ins, executive business reviews, and feedback sessions with customers to align on progress and opportunities.
- Identify opportunities for growth, upsell, or cross-sell based on customer needs.
- Track customer activity, adoption, and satisfaction metrics to ensure success and retention.
- Advocate for customers internally by providing feedback and insights to improve products and services.
Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role.
- Experience in the Home Health/Hospice/Post-Acute industry strongly preferred.
- Strong communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
